1. About these terms

These terms apply to every use of Plug and CV, a service operated by Requr, Rondom 4J, 2661 CA Bergschenhoek, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 89852125 ("we", "us"). By creating or publishing a CV website you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Plug and CV is a tool to turn your CV into a personal website. You can optionally import details from LinkedIn, add a photo, hobbies and a bio, choose from our designs, and publish a bilingual (Dutch and English) CV website with a PDF download. We may improve or change features over time.

3. Prices and payment

Publishing a CV website is a one-time payment of €4.99. Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is handled securely by our payment partner Buckaroo and supported via iDEAL, Bancontact, credit cards, PayPal and SDD. Your website is published once payment is confirmed.

4. Optional domain subscription

You may optionally register your own .work domain. A domain is a recurring yearly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it. Because a domain is registered in your name with a third-party registry immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply to it once registered.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By asking us to publish your website immediately you agree that the service starts at once and that your right of withdrawal lapses once the website is published. Domain registrations are excluded as described above.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you publish. You confirm you have the right to use it, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable law. We may suspend or remove a website that breaches these terms.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance and may temporarily limit the service for technical or security reasons.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your website at any time from your portal. Cancelling a domain subscription stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.

10. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy.

11. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
